Refund policy

We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. We believe returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return runs a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please email us a picture of the item to shopasnaketch@gmail.com. Once your refund has been approved, we will issue you a full refund. You’re more than welcome to keep or donate the item you requested a refund for. 

Why was my request for a refund rejected?

Rejections for a refund are rare. However, if the return was requested for purchasing errors (picked the wrong size, color, etc.), we cannot issue a refund. We only issue refunds for mistakes caused by us. Additionally, given our generous refund policy, we do not accept refunds initiated fifteen days after the item has been received.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Instead of a full refund, you're more than welcome to ask for an exchange. However, your appeal for a full refund must be approved before allowing you to exchange your item. Additionally, the item exchanged must be at or below the price of the item you initially ordered. Currently, we don’t allow exchanges for non-defective items. To clarify, if you purchased item A in the color blue, but you meant to order item A in color yellow, we will not allow you to exchange it. Make sure all the products selected are correct before you check out.
